Dear Debbie,

Many thanks for your comprehensive reply.  I am thrilled that you are
free to take this group as I know you take such excellent care of
everyone.  Please now put these dates in your diary : Monday 26th
September to Thursday 6th October 2005.

We are planning that the group arrive into  Madrid on 26 September at
18.25 hrs. and leave from Santiago at 13.45 hrs. on 6th October.  I
don't think there will be much time on the evening of arrival for an
orientation tour but maybe after dinner a short stroll on the Plaza
Mayor - anyway Debbie we will have plenty of time to work this out in
January.

Thanks for all the other information re: guides and entrances etc.   I
am now very well "armed" for my meeting with the organisers.

I am trying to plan tours for next year and would be interested in
including Andalucia.  We now have a direct flight from Dublin to Seville
on Tuesdays and Saturdays - are you putting together a tour of the 3
cities and if yes let me know what the cost is and I can include it in
my brochure.

Dear Debbie,

Long time no hear!   I know Nicole was in touch with you but I have not
been in touch for a long time.   I was out in Sutton on Sunday evening
last talking about the Sutton group travelling to Sicily in May 2006.
They were all saying what a superb trip they had in Andalucia and how
wonderful you were.   Do you know Sicily and do you speak Italian - maybe you could look after them again!!!!.   Anyway they are off to Sicily on their next trip.

Debbie - on 26th September you are looking after our tour to Madrid,
Santiago etc. for the Meath Diocese and I have no doubt you will do a
wonderful job again.  We have not yet made any arrangement for the
coaching - what is the biggest coach size you can provide?   The dates
are 26 September to 6 October.   Please urgently reply as we have a
number of people more  who wish to travel and our bookings are just now
at 50!
