Upon
the final confirmation of services all clients will be given a booking
reference number. Once you have been given this reference number it
corresponds to your booking and the contract that you have between
yourselves and Spain Direct Travel Services.

Clients
who pay by bank transfer MUST cover all of the money transfer fees. We
must receive in full the total amount of money due for your services, free
of fees.
|
|
For
clients paying by bank transfer. If payment has not been received by Spain
Direct Travel Services within 14 days of the confirmation of booking then
the booking will automatically be cancelled.
|
|
Payment
by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge which will be added to their
final balance.
|
|
All
private excursions and services are to be paid for in full at the time
of confirmation of booking, by either credit card or bank transfer.
|
|
Excursions,
tours and golf bookings made within 7 (seven) days of the date of services
payment will be by credi card only.
|
|
With
regards to the daily excursions. Full details of departure times and pick up
points will be given at the time of enquiry and re-confirmed on the voucher
that you will be sent. There will also be a telephone number that the client
can call up until the day BEFORE the excursion if they are unsure of where
their pick up point is. Spain Direct Travel Services hold no responsibility
for clients who miss the coach/excursion departure and no refunds will be
made.

All
tour packages require a 40% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder
is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of travel.

|
Prices
for the airport transfer are per each way transfer.
|
|
Transfers
between 22.00h and 05.00h incur a 25% surcharge.
|
|
Spain
Direct Travel Services
are to be advised is the clients wish to collect the keys for their
accommodation if the address is different from the location given as
destination.
Depending on where the keys are to be collected from Spain Direct
Travel Services will advise at the time of confirming the booking if there
is an extra charge for this service.

Cancellations
terms the airport transfers:-

Up
to 72 hours before the confirmal arrival transfer– No cancellation
charge
Any
transfers cancelled after 72 hours before the confirmed date of arrival will be
charged in full for all confirmed transfers
Cancellations
for departure transfers notified 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date - no
cancellation charge
Cancellations
for departure transfers after 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date will be
charged in full
Spain
Direct Travel Services will claim the payment from the given credit number
credit card without prior warning for all clients who fail to follow the
adequate cancellation proceedure.
NO
SHOW CLIENTS will be charged in full.
