How can I pay for the services that you are providing for me?

For airport transfers UPON ARRIVAL AT MALAGA AIRPORT

For travel services BY VISA or MASTERCARD or BANK TRANSFER (scroll down for bank details)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

There are no booking fees or commission to pay for these services.  All that you pay is what you see on the price pages (plus the extra should your services be within the 22.00h-05.00h time limit).

Payment is due upon arrival al Malaga Airport and you must pay then for your arrival transfer and any other transfer that you have confirmed.  You will either pay the driver, who will have with him a letter from us re-confirming the amount that he is to receive.  This letter will also re-confirm the times of any other transfers that you have booked. On may occasions there will also be a representative from our office at the airport with the driver.

If you wish, for your convenience,  you can pay before you arrive by credit card or bank transfer.  Payment by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge and if you decide on the bank transfer method then we must receive the full payment, ALL bank transfer fees must be covered by yourselves.  If we do not receive payment from you within 14 days of confirmation the booking will be automatically cancelled.

FOR ALL SERVICES to confirm and secure the booking we must have a valid credit card number. Spain Direct Travel Services assures you that this information will be keep strictly confidential and upon receipt of payment from you all details will be adequately destroyed.  Failure to no turn up for your transfer, without prior cancellation, (See cancellation policy) will result in us taking payment from your credit card account for the payment in full of the services that you confirmed with us.

GOLF TRANSFERS, EXCURSIONS, TOURS ETC......

Must be paid for in advance.  Golfing transfers, private excursions and excursions require payment in full at the time of booking confirmation and full tours with a 40% deposit and the remainder being due 8 weeks prior to the start of the tour.

Payment for the golf transfers, excursions, private excursions, tours etc. will only be taken by bank transfer, with yourselves covering the total cost of the money transfer, or by credit card which will incur a 3% surcharge. Bookings for services other that airport transfers and with confirmation less that 7 (seven) days prior to the date of services payment can only be paid by credit card.

For bank transfers, please put the name of the person who is making the booking and the booking reference number on the paying in form.  If payment is not received within 14 days of the confirmation then the booking will automatically be cancelled.  You will be advised of our bank details along with your quote for services:-
